BRIEF STORIES is the mutual love project between acclaimed fashion photographer Matthias Vriens and Claus Lindorff, Founder & CEO of French-Swedish menswear brand Ron Dorff.

This first edition of Brief Stories was shot in Los Angeles where bulge and body consciousness is the custom of the place, part of the many pleasures of living in a sunny, agreeable location where the good looks of people, their homes and their lifestyles inspire dreamers around the world. “LA seemed a good place to start because how men dress there is very much less is more. It’s a culture of men in their underwear,” Vriens explains in an introduction to the book written by William Norwich.

“I was eager to explore new, different contexts and interpretations of the Ron Dorff man. I’ve always been a big fan of Matthias’s work going back to the days when we worked together for various fashion and luxury brands. He is a pioneer in sexually positive image making, and I love his ability to create genuine and authentic stories whilst always adding a hint of provocation that is also very true to Ron Dorff,” says Claus Lindorff.

Together with this first edition a limited edition of the iconic Ron Dorff sleeveless T-shirt featured on with an image from the book.
