What is LE CLUB RON DORFF?

LE CLUB RON DORFF is our loyalty program, designed to give you exclusive rewards as you earn points. Simply join the program for free by logging into your Ron Dorff account and start earning points every time you shop, refer a friend, or share on social media.

How do I earn & redeem points?

There are several ways to earn points including:

  • Purchases: Earn points for every euro you spend (excluding taxes & shipping), depending on your loyalty tier.
  • Missions: Validate missions to earn extra points.
  • Level Up: Receive extra entry points when you upgrade to a new loyalty tier.


Points can be redeemed during the checkout process with a minimum order amount. If eligible, you will have the option to redeem your points: 100 points to get 10€ off your purchase (100€ minimum), 250 points for 25€ off your purchase (250€ minimum), 500 points for 50€ off your purchase (500€ minimum), 1200 points for 120€ off your purchase (800€ minimum), and 2500 points for 250€ off your purchase (1250€ minimum). Only one reward can be redeemed per order. Cannot be applied when other promotional codes are used.

If you redeem a reward but do not use it immediately, it will remain available in your account for 90 days.

Will I be able to earn/use my points/rewards in-store?

You are able to earn loyalty points by scanning your in-store receipts on our loyalty web page. You can also redeem loyalty points in store (coupons only, based on the minimum order threshold).

What happens with my points if my order is returned or canceled?

If you use your points towards a purchase and later decide to make a return, your points will be credited back to your loyalty account. In case of a partial return, only part of the points are credited back (based on the ratio of the refund).

Likewise, any points earned for a purchase that you return are deducted from your loyalty account.

Do my points ever expire?

Your points will expire one year after being inactive with the loyalty program.

What do the different VIP tiers mean?

You will be a SILVER member when you enter LE CLUB RON DORFF. You become a GOLD member when you earn 500 points, and a BLACK member when you earn 2000 points within the last 12-month period.

Please note that your VIP tier will be updated 15 days after your last purchase.

Does my tier ever expire?

Once you move up to GOLD or BLACK tiers, you will be in that tier for one year from the date you earned it. Make sure to keep interacting with LE RON DORFF CLUB to maintain your status (or even move up a tier).

How do I redeem product with points?

Only GOLD and BLACK members can redeem products with points, exclusively online. Please note that you need to purchase an item in order to add a product from the loyalty program to your cart (only one product can be redeemed per order). Please note that you cannot redeem a product with points when purchasing items on sale. Besides, you cannot use a coupon while redeeming a product.

Products redeemed with points cannot be returned.

Why can I only redeem my points in EURO?

Although you can shop and checkout in different currencies, points are based on EURO currency. At checkout, you will see a dropdown with points redemption amounts in EURO, but these can be used for all orders, regardless of currency. When you choose a reward at checkout, the equivalent amount in your currency will be taken off your order.

In order to redeem coupons, you need to reach a minimum purchase amount, which is calculated from EURO to your currency.
