What does Brexit mean for RON DORFF customers in the UK?
The Ron Dorff team and UPS are working hard to make sure things continue to run smoothly for our UK customers. We are taking care of the new documentation processes so your ordering experience can remain the same. However, there may be delays due to increased transit time in UK customs. If you return something to us for a refund, this should be processed within 5-7 working days from the day you post it.
I live in the UK. How long will it take for my order to be delivered?
In addition to the 1-2 business days for a UK delivery, it will take another business day for UPS to handle the new customs documentation requirements. Once your order leaves our warehouse in Paris, you will receive an email with your tracking number. We will be in touch with status updates on your delivery.
Will I be charged any extra costs?
No, there are no extra costs to deliver your order to a UK address. We charge a standard shipping fee of £8 on all orders under £150 and above all orders are shipped for free. Ron Dorff will cover any additional customs or import duties on your order.
How do you ship to the UK? And is Express Shipping available to UK customers?
We ship all orders to the UK with UPS. Express shipping to the UK is currently unavailable, due to potential customs and delivery disruptions. As soon as we are confident that Express Shipping to the UK is possible, we will offer it again.
How can I return my order from the UK? Will it still be free of charge?
Returning an item to Ron Dorff will be as easy as usual. It can be done at any time using our Online Returns Portal. Please note that we will need to provide you with a return invoice to be included in your return for French customs. If you send something back to us for a refund, this should still be processed within 5-7 working days from the day you post it. There are no extra costs to return your item(s) to us from a UK address. You can send us your return, free of charge, following the instructions on our Online Returns Portal.
